So I hit it with the pump uh!!!!, Sorry for the Migos refernce, but ya girl worked her body meat on this day. I was wondering what I could do on the off days that was still good for the body and not super sweaty....drum roll please!!!!!

EVERYDAY ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok , so that lie I said about everyday in the 1st post. Yeah, that. Forgive me :-(

So today I went hard in the paint and cayenne knee and all I don't feel bad. I lifted today. I forgot how powerful I felt lifting. I weighed myself (wooo hooo -5 baybaeh!!!!) Did cardio for 15 (stop looking at me I did it for a good sweaty 15 minutes at 7.5 incline :-P suck it!). I am trying to turn my bat wings into baby butterfly wings and then into GUNS. Yes my arms are on FIRE!!!!! All the super secret muscles in the back of my arm are like HAHAHAHAH WE.IS.HERE. My back is on simmer too (not the simmer I want..but yeah moving on). So this is what is gonna happen I am going to check in 3-4 times a week. OH I got on this flexible machine thingy...YA GIRL STILL GOT IT!!!!!!

ok I have always been a fluffy chic, fat makes clothes fit better (my chesticals lookin right in this low cut top), fat can even be a bit sexy(think fat ass, booty shorts) but too much fat (closes eyes, shakes head, takes a sip of juice) is not the best thing in the world. When I was younger (weighed less same clothes size go figure). I was cool with my tig ole bitties and separate zip-code booty, I could have acrobatic relations for some hours, hop up make meal,and go out when I was younger, now a sister wants to nap, have at least six pillows and a strong drink (did you see anything about sex there, me neither). I need to fix this TODAY but it is going to take a bit longer. So this is my weight loss blog, I am holding myself accountable, I have to post every,EVERY day and share what steps have I taken on my last journey on the road to reduction ;-)
